50mm Cold Room Panel
PU Cold Room Panels is composed of two galvanized stee sheets and rigid polyurethane foam in the middle. It has been widely used as the building material of cold storages, cool rooms, clean rooms, free-dust workshops and exterior walls in cold places.1. The cold storage plate has strong deformation resistance and is not easy to crack. The pore structure of polyurethane material is stable and basically closed, which not only has good heat insulation and frost resistance, but also has good sound absorption performance. Under normal use and maintenance, the average working life of rigid polyurethane foam insulation system structure can generally reach more than 30 years. 2. The cold storage board has low thermal conductivity coefficient and good waterproof and moisture-proof performance: the rigid material polyurethane has low thermal conductivity coefficient and good thermal performance. The development of polyurethane has the function of moisture-proof and waterproof system. 3. The cold storage plate has the characteristics of fire resistance, flame retardancy, high temperature resistance and sound insulation. When flame retardant is added, polyurethane is a flame retardant self extinguishing material. Its softening point exceeds 250 ℃, and it will only decompose at a higher temperature.
